At ILSE JACOBSEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
